Promoting harm reduction in Europe
The European Harm Reduction Network (EuroHRN) has been recently formed by ten organisations with a shared interest in advocating for and sharing knowledge on harm reduction within Europe. It is made up of three sub-regional networks covering North, South and Eastern Europe and managed by a coordinator based at the International Harm Reduction Association in the UK.

The European Harm Reduction Network Conference 2014, 2 - 3 October, Amsterdam
The EuroHRN network has been focusing on key areas for innovative harm reduction practice and policy across Europe. This meeting is open to delegates who wish to learn more about harm reduction within Europe as well as strengthening the ongoing work of the European Harm Reduction Network. The event will focus on the key areas of overdose prevention, drug consumption rooms and promoting harm reduction through local drug policies. Key stakeholders such as civil society, service providers and policy makers will all benefit from this event.
The local host - De Regenboog Groep - will organise sessions on the Dutch situation around harm reduction and organise site visits.
